Howie Forman

is Executive Director and Co-Founder of Enrich and Grow Academy . Howie brings to Enrich and Grow Academy an extensive educational, business and analytical background to the company. He has taught chess professionally in over 100 elementary schools over the past 5 years and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics and Statistics for Centenary College in NJ. Prior to this, Howie was a District Manager for AT&T where he held management positions in Forecasting, Access Management, Network Services, Product Management. Marketing and Research before retiring with over 25 years of service. Howie holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University and was selected a member of Pi Mu Epsilon (National Honorary Mathematics Fraternity).

Lee Brickman

is Executive Director and Co-Founder of Enrich and Grow Academy . Lee brings to Enrich and Grow Academy an extensive educational, business and marketing background. He has taught hundreds of students in programs at elementary schools in addition to programs at the college level. He is currently Adjunct Professor of Marketing for Centenary College in NJ. . Lee was Director of Marketing at Cingular Wireless and BellSouth. Previous to that, he held many marketing, operations and product management roles at AT&T. In 2007 he was selected as a top 5% advisor in telecommunications for Gerson Lehrman Group, a firm that employs thousands of advisors to the investment community. Lee holds an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
